Ryvessa® is the consumer-facing home and lifestyle brand. Shanghai Pulechuang Network Technology Co., Ltd. operates ryvessa.com (the “Site”). Guanhua Feng is the Brand Representative for brand-related matters; this designation does not identify that person as the Company's registered legal representative or as the seller in a personal capacity.

These Terms of Use govern browsing, accounts, forms, reviews, support interactions and other Site functionality. Purchases also follow the disclosures accepted at checkout and our applicable Terms of Service , Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy . Transaction-specific terms and mandatory consumer law take priority where legally required.

You may browse without an account. To place an order, you must be at least 18 or the higher age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into the transaction.

Lifestyle photographs may contain props, fixtures or accessories that are not included unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Ryvessa® products are designed for different cleaning, maintenance and surface-care tasks. Use each product only for its intended purpose and follow the directions, precautions and warnings shown on the product label and product page.

• Check surface, fabric or material compatibility before use, especially on delicate, coated, polished, painted, sealed or specialty surfaces.
• Spot-test where the product instructions recommend doing so.
• Do not mix cleaning products or chemicals unless the applicable label or instructions expressly permit it.

• Keep household chemicals and specialty-use products out of reach of children and pets, and store them according to label directions.
• Do not ingest household cleaning, surface-care, drain, outdoor-treatment or specialty-use products.

Certain Ryvessa products are formulated for specific applications, such as mold- and mildew-stain removal, oven and cooktop cleaning, drain maintenance, masonry protection, lawn or outdoor use, upholstery care and other specialty surfaces. These products may require different handling or compatibility checks. The individual product label and instructions take priority over general website descriptions.

Site text, photographs, product imagery, packaging designs, graphics, trademarks, logos and software are owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by their respective rights holders. You may use the Site for normal shopping but may not commercially reproduce protected material without permission, except as allowed by law.

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you are responsible for its lawfulness and for respecting others' privacy and rights. You retain ownership of content you own. Do not return cleaning liquids, chemical products, specialty-use formulas or other potentially restricted products without first obtaining the applicable return instructions and authorized return destination from customer support.

Contact service@ryvessa.com with a complaint so we can seek a resolution. If it remains unresolved, either party may pursue remedies before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

We may update the Terms to reflect operational, technology or legal changes. The current version and update date will be shown on this page. Changes generally apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights associated with accepted orders except as permitted by law.

Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally permitted.

No waiver

Delayed enforcement does not automatically waive a right.
