This Privacy Policy describes how Ryvessa® and its operating company, Shanghai Pulechuang Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), handle personal information through ryvessa.com (the "Site") and related customer services. Our store offers home-care products including household and bathroom cleaners, kitchen and appliance care, fabric and upholstery care, surface-treatment products, outdoor-use products and specialty cleaning solutions. Where the law requires consent for a particular activity, merely visiting the Site does not substitute for that consent.

02

Scope of This Policy

This policy covers information handled through our online store, orders, checkout, delivery, returns, customer-support messages, and marketing or analytics where used. Separately operated websites, shipping providers, payment services and other third parties may maintain their own privacy notices.

03

Personal Information We Collect

Depending on your interaction with the Site and our enabled services, information may include:

Contact and delivery details Name, email, phone number, billing address and shipping address.
Orders and customer care Items purchased, order history, tracking, returns, refunds and support messages.
Payment and account records Payment method, transaction reference, account preferences and login details where applicable.
Device and browsing activity IP address, browser, device identifiers, viewed pages, cart activity and approximate location derived from IP.
Marketing preferences Opt-in status, interactions with promotions and product interests where collected.
Information you provide Product questions, surface or material details, photos related to leaking, damaged, incorrect or incomplete Ryvessa products, and other information you choose to share.

Some information is needed to fulfill an order, such as a delivery address. Optional marketing details are not required to buy products. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, government ID numbers or unrelated sensitive information in support messages.

04

How We Collect Information

We receive information directly when you place an order, create an account or contact us; automatically through Site operations and enabled cookies or pixels; and from payment, fulfillment, shipping, fraud-prevention, support, analytics or advertising partners as relevant to the services used.

05

How We Use Information

  • Accept payment, process orders and deliver Ryvessa® home-care products.
  • Respond to product, surface-compatibility, usage, damaged or leaking-item, return, refund and shipping questions.
  • Maintain accounts, secure checkout, detect fraud and troubleshoot the Site.
  • Meet tax, recordkeeping and other legal obligations.
  • Understand store performance and improve the shopping experience, where permitted.
  • Send promotional messages and measure or personalize advertising only as permitted by applicable law and your choices.
06

Legal Bases for EEA and UK Processing

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the applicable basis depends on the purpose: contract for orders and requested support; legal obligation for required records; legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention and service improvement after considering your rights; and consent for processing that requires it, such as certain non-essential cookies and direct marketing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

07

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Shopify and other enabled providers may use necessary cookies for cart, checkout and security, as well as functional, analytics and advertising technologies where configured. These can process identifiers and Site interaction data. Where consent is legally required, non-essential technologies must not be activated before a valid choice is obtained.

Your choices: Use the cookie-preferences control displayed by the store if available, or contact service@ryvessa.com . This policy page does not itself install a consent banner or switch off tracking.
08

Analytics and Advertising

If we enable analytics or advertising tools, they may help measure Site usage and campaigns or show ads based on interactions. These tools may involve providers such as Google, Meta or Shopify, depending on our actual configuration. Where necessary, we obtain consent or provide required opt-out choices. Specific providers and settings should be reviewed against the live store's installed apps and pixels.

09

How We Disclose Information

Information may be provided, as necessary, to Shopify and other hosting providers; payment and checkout services; warehouses and shipping carriers; customer-service and messaging vendors; security and fraud-prevention providers; enabled analytics or advertising partners; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a lawful business restructuring. Such parties may process information in different countries.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify may process customer information to operate its platform and, if Shopify Network Intelligence or related enhanced services are enabled, for additional services involving interactions with Shopify and other merchants. Read Shopify's Privacy Policy and visit Shopify's Privacy Portal for applicable choices.

10

Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

Some laws treat disclosure through advertising pixels, cross-site advertising or certain platform services as a "sale," "sharing" or "targeted advertising," even without a conventional sale of customer records. If these practices apply to our enabled tools, you may have a right to opt out. Contact service@ryvessa.com to submit a request and use any applicable Site privacy-choice control. Available Shopify-specific controls are also described at privacy.shopify.com .

Operational requirement: An email address alone does not replace a working sale/sharing opt-out page or legally required browser-signal handling. The store operator must configure those controls where required.
11

Payment Processing

Payment service providers process payment credentials and transaction details to authorize purchases and refunds. The store may receive payment status, method and transaction identifiers. Full card numbers and security codes are generally handled by payment providers rather than our customer-support staff. The provider's own privacy notice may also apply.

12

Data Retention

We keep information for the time reasonably needed for orders, customer service, legal and tax records, fraud prevention, disputes and other stated purposes. Actual periods depend on the record type and applicable requirements. When retention is no longer justified, information is deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled securely, subject to legal holds and required records. Contact us about a particular category or deletion request.

13

International Transfers

As a cross-border store, information may be processed in China and in locations where Shopify, payment, fulfillment and other service providers operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ. Where EEA, UK or other laws require a transfer mechanism or safeguards, we must use the applicable lawful arrangements. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your request.

14

Data Security

We seek to use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No online transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly.

15

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability; object to or restrict some processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing. Email service@ryvessa.com with your request. We may reasonably verify your identity, and legally recognized agents may submit requests where permitted. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

16

EEA and UK Privacy Rights

If applicable data-protection law covers your information, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, subject to legal conditions. You may object to direct marketing and complain to the relevant data-protection authority. You may also have rights relating to certain solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Contact us for information about any relevant processing.

17

United States State Privacy Rights

Where a U.S. state privacy law applies to our business and your information, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or obtain certain data; opt out of applicable sale, sharing, targeted advertising or significant-decision profiling; and appeal a denied request where required. Submit requests to service@ryvessa.com . We will provide other legally required methods and honor applicable preference signals where required.

18

California Privacy Notice

To the extent California privacy law applies, the categories potentially involved in operating this store include: identifiers such as contact details and IP address; customer and payment records; commercial information such as Ryvessa® orders, returns and customer-service interactions; internet activity such as Site and cart interactions; approximate location derived from IP; communications; and possible product-interest inferences. Purposes and recipient categories are described in Sections 5 and 9.

Applicable California rights may include access, correction, deletion and opting out of sale or sharing, plus limits on certain sensitive-information uses. The store operator should confirm any legally required lookback-period disclosures, recipient categories, retention details and opt-out methods against the live store's actual practices before publication.

19

Sensitive Personal Information

Our home-care store does not ask you to provide medical records, government ID numbers or unrelated sensitive information for ordinary product shopping. We ask you not to include unrelated sensitive details in support messages. Payment providers may independently handle financial credentials for transactions. Where we process legally defined sensitive information, relevant restrictions and rights apply.

20

Global Privacy Control and Preference Signals

Some browsers send the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to communicate an opt-out preference. When applicable law requires us to recognize qualifying signals, they must be handled by the Site's privacy and advertising systems. You can also contact us about a sale/sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out. Shopify's Privacy Portal provides additional controls for Shopify's own processing.

21

Email Marketing

If you subscribe or marketing emails are otherwise permitted by law, we may send updates about Ryvessa® home-care products, including household cleaning, kitchen and appliance care, fabric and surface care, outdoor-use and specialty products. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Order confirmations, delivery updates and replies to your requests may continue as necessary.

22

SMS and Text Marketing

If SMS marketing is offered and you separately opt in where required, you may receive promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase; message and data rates may apply. Follow the opt-out instructions in the message, such as replying STOP where supported, or contact us. No SMS program or message frequency is asserted by this policy unless the Site actually operates one.

23

Children's Privacy

The Site is designed for adult shoppers and is not directed to children. Ryvessa® household cleaning and specialty-care products are presented for purchase by adults, and we do not intentionally invite children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the matter and take action where required.

24

Third-Party Websites and Services

Links and embedded services operated by other companies may have separate privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. Our Site's Privacy Policy does not govern independent third-party websites.

25

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in products, store technology, service providers, practices or law. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Review this page for the current version.
